I can spot El Santo, La Parka (or L.A. Park, not sure), the blue one with silver/white stripe on his face could be Lizmark....not sure.
This post reminded me of the good ol' days of the ambulant market where mom or dad bought several similar figures. Yours are pretty well made in comparisson to what I got 18 years ago. Mine were horribly painted, the only variation was color and the plastic looked like it was covered with fingerprint skin D=. Oh, and the cape was a piece of plastic bag. I loved them so much.

The guy with the Black sunglasses is Super Calo and the "other" Blue guy i think is Lizmark Jr. but not for sure.
