Vintage Gumball Machine NFL Mini Helmets!
It's NFL Sunday! So I thought I'd share some pics of this sweet little batch of vintage gumball machine NFL mini helmets that I scored at an antique mall a few weeks back. I used to collect the hell outta these bad boys and at one time had a complete collection.
This is far from a complete set. But for a whopping $5, I think it's a pretty good score.

I had my share of these in my youth as well Reis.
ReplyDeleteI had tons of these! I liked when they introduced colored faceguards, I'd always try to match up colors and of course, the Raiders got the black faceguards.

Ha! I didn't even notice that! I guess the original owner must have not know which side the stickers go on.
DeleteI'm loving the old school logos for some of the teams. Now I might have to go home and fire up Tecmo Super Bowl. But it's only been less than a week since I've played.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen the vending machines with the little NFL shot glasses. I've been trying to get a Packers one, but ended up with Miami and Tampa Bay. I couldn't even get a half decent team. :)
